Adjust font size:

Newly-appointed Olympic soccer team's head coach Ratomir Dujkovic has made a brief official encounter with his players at the team's first training session in Japan.

In a five-minute speech to the players, the Serbian coach has expressed his determination to work with the players to bring the team into semi-finals of the Beijing Olympic Games in 2008.

He then watched his side's first training session without giving any instructions or comments.

The team left Beijing for Tokyo Monday morning for the upcoming Sino-Japan friendly on Wednesday

However, he will not give any instructions during the match. Rather, he will watch his new side before taking up the reins ahead of two more friendlies against Cameroon on November 1 and Indonesia on November 5.
