Kaili, a county-level city in southeastern Guizhou Province, is the capital of Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in the southeastern part of Guizhou. The area has more than 25 ethnic minority groups, though Miao and Dong have the most of the population. Kaili is known as the "city of various festivals," with more than 130 festivals celebrated here throughout the year.

Jinquan Lake: 24 yuan

Xijiang Miaozhai: 100 yuan

Getting there: Take a train from Guiyang Railway Station or a bus from Guiyang Long Distance Bus Station near the railway station to Kaili.
