 Market share 2011: 4.07%

Founded in 1984, Haier Group was once a small collective plant on the verge of bankruptcy. After 28 years of development, the company has now grown into an international group of more than 70,000 employees around the world with revenues of over 135.7 billion yuan (US$21.49 billion) in 2010.
