Tianjin

As the largest coastal city in northern China, Tianjin has been a major seaport and gateway to Beijing since the mid-19th century. It is the fourth largest city in China, after Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou. Tianjin has a big advantage when it comes to the health care system. Its Binhai New Area is supposed to be a base for advanced industrial and financial reforms and innovation in China. Besides, it is the site of the Summer Davos Forum. These are all reasons behind the future increase of housing prices.
