   Vietnam Veterans Memorial, District of Columbia

Located in Washington DC, this memorial was built to commemorate those who served in the Vietnam War. It consists of three parts: the Three Soldiers statue, the Vietnam Women's Memorial, and the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall. Among them, the Memorial Wall is the most famous. Designed by Maya Lin, a famous Chinese American architect, it was ranked in the list of America's Favorite Architecture in 2007 by the American Institute of Architects.
