Founded in 2006, Coo8.com is a Gome Group-owned comprehensive online retailer in China. With branches across 25 Chinese cities, the shopping website features main product categories, including household electrical appliances, furniture, household articles and digital products. Most of the complaints concerned the website’s false promotions.
