Designed to resemble origami cranes, these colorful restrooms all have their roofs pointing north, which deliver a Japanese sense of calm and order. The 17 restrooms in the park are in three different shapes, but no two are the same, because each roof has a different color. The buildings are made of concrete with circular windows, and the external walls have had paint applied that is easy to wipe clean.
