Beijing's northwest Yanqing district is home to the National Alpine Skiing Center, a Beijing 2022 competition venue and multiple skiing resorts. This winter, it has launched five traveling routes involving a Winter Olympic experience, ice-lantern-themed fairs, local farm stays, intangible cultural heritage and hot springs.
