Its seashore is 17.5 kilometers long and covers 20 square kilometers. Nandaihe has wide beaches with clear water, soft sands, waves, medium depth, abundant sunshine, fresh air and a pleasant climate. It is blessed with all the elements of beach tourism, where tourists can enjoy themselves to the fullest. Nandaihe has become a rising holiday and tourist resort with excellent infrastructure after a dozen years of development.

Tips: Take the bus or train at Beidaihe station and get off at Nandaihe station. Hotels there are 280 yuan each room per night on average.

Beidaihe

Beidaihe is a seaside resort in the northern Chinese city of Qinhuangdao. It is about 300 kilometers east of Beijing on the Bohai Gulf.

The environment here is beautiful. Mountain Lianfeng, which backs onto the beach, has two peaks covered by abundant green pines and cypresses. Looking down from Wanghaiting (Seaside Pavilion) at the top of the hill, one can see the misty sea in all its majesty and feel carefree and joyous. Moreover, Beidaihe is one of nine famous places to watch the sunrise in China. It is said that the Wanghaiting (Seaside Pavilion) is the best place to watch the sunrise.

Tips: family hotel, 50 yuan each room per night on average
