Yuanyang Terrace, Yunnan Province

Yuanyang Terrace is mainly distributed in the wide mountainous area between Ailao Mountain and Wuliang Mountain in the upper stream of Honghe River in Yunnan Province. It has been the masterpiece of Hani People for many generations. All the terraces are built on the mountain slope whose gradient ranges from 15 to 75 degrees. Smothered with forest and clouds, Yuanyang Terrace forms a splendid and mysterious scenery.
