Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region signed contracts of 23.9 billion yuan (US$3.7 billion) in 17 cooperation projects during the 22nd Ningxia-Northeast Region Trade Fair, which kicked off on June 16 in Harbin, capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province.
The cooperation projects cover alternative energy, new material, equipment manufacturing and tourism.
Ningxia government sent 20 teams to seek cooperation opportunities in the northeastern region of China prior to the fair.
