As an important event in the 2nd China-Arab States Economic and Trade Forum, Forum on China-Arab States Radio and Television Cooperation was held on Sep 22. More than eighty delegates from 13 countries and international organizations joined in the forum.

"Ningxia is confident and responsible to be the vanguard for China-Arab States radio and TV cooperation." Ma Sangang, Standing Member of the CPC Committee of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region said.

"We will keep the principle of equality, mutually beneficial and double-win to cooperate with Arab states in information technology, experience exchange and sharing resources." Li Wei, the deputy director-general of the State Administration of Radio Film and Television said.

Mohamed el Hassan Shabbo, Director of the Representative Office of the League of Arab States to China said that China and Arab states have established a biennial official meeting system to discuss relevant issues and strengthen cooperation.

"We are willing to be the intermediary for China and Arab States radio and TV institutions. Besides, we are willing to share our experience of member friendship building and use it to enhance the cooperation in technology, producing, broadcasting and training." Salah Eddine Maaoui, Secretaries General of Arab States Broadcasting Union said.

China-Arab States Radio and TV Cooperation Forum Yinchuan Manifesto was published in the forum. All parties have reached a consensus on policy communication, media cooperation and exchange of technology and talents.

The forum was co-organized by State Administration of Radio Film and Television and People's Government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
