Zhongyi Logistics Park, the largest comprehensive modern logistics park in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region at present, went into business in Yinchuan City on October 15.

The park covers an area of 260,000 square meters and features commodity sorting, packaging, collection, distribution, transfer, processing and information services. A total of 100 logistics lines covering major domestic cities, including Hong Kong and Macao, have now opened up with a throughput volume amounting to 7.6 million tons per year, according to the spokesman for the park. Its annual revenue is expected to reach 68 million yuan (US$ 10.9 million).

The park started construction in 2010 and was built by the Ningxia Zhongyi Development Group Co. Ltd. with an investment of 520 million yuan (US$ 83,148,000).
