The Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region will get more policy support for its ecological forestry development, according to a newly released document by the State Administration of Forestry on January 21.

The supporting policies covering ecological development, sand control and several other aspects will help create a forest system consisting of shelter belts and economic plantations to accelerate the construction of the Ningxia Inland Opening-up Pilot Economic Zone and improve the area’s environment.
