The new agreement on launching new air service between Yinchuan and Dubai was signed by the Head of the UAE Delegation H.E. Saif Mohammed Al Suwaidi, Director General of the General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) and the Head of the Chinese Delegation Mr. Han Jun, Director General of the International Affairs Department of the Civil Aviation Administration of China in mid-August in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.

The two delegations agreed to increase passenger and combination service frequencies for the operations to Urumqi, Xining, Kashgar, Yinchuan and Zhengzhou.

According to the agreement, the third, the fourth and the fifth freedom of the air at Yinchuan Hedong Airport will be open to UAE. There will be four flights per week from Dubai to Zhengzhou, Henan province, with a stopover in Yinchuan.
