The Yinchuan Municipal Bureau of Tourism gathered experts from the travel industry to demonstrate the freshly introduced "Yinchuan City Tourism Development Master Plan" and the "Bingou Key Areas Development Plan."

The new "Plan" further strengthens the position of Yinnchuan City as a pillar in the tourism industry; adds the Yellow River and Helan Mountains cultural tourism sightseeing spots; intends to develop and construct a number of tourist complexes; and plans to turn Yongning County into a tourist county.

With the strategy of "One city and two cores; two spots and three zones," to accelerate the construction of Yuehai Sea, Wye River, Tanglai Drains, the area actively promotes the construction and development of Yellow River in Yinchuan and the creation of a "Frontier Lake City, Northwest Watery Town." In addition, it will focus on the development of the urban leisure and entertainment industries, business and exhibitions, travel distribution, information consulting and tourism services.

After the experts heard the reports drafted by the planning units, they put forward their views and suggestions respectively for the city's image positioning, cluster development and transport facilities, to further modify the “Plan.”
