Known as the "Wine Bible," the seventh edition of the “Map for World Wine Regions” was published recently. Ningxia Helan Mountain wine region, together with the producing areas in Shandong and Hebei, was for the first time included. The book also embodied six Chinese featured wineries, including four from Ningxia Helan Mountain wine region.
Co-authored by world-renowned wine critics Jancis Robinson and Hugh Johnson, the latest edition of the “Map for World Wine Regions” counts 400 pages in total, two pages of which are dedicated to China’s wine regions. The book depicts the development of several well-known wineries in Shandong, Hebei, Ningxia, Xinjiang.
The six listed Chinese wineries in the book are: Changyu Mosel XV Winery in Ningxia, Grace Vineyard in Shanxi, Helan Qing Xue Winery in Ningxia, Helan Mountain Winery in Ningxia, Jade Valley Wine & Resort in Shaanxi and Silver Heights in Ningxia.
