A three-day wine management training course kicked off in Helan Mountain International Winery on November 19.

In recent years, with the rapid development of Ningxia’s wine industry, the talent shortage in cultivation, brewing and other aspects of Helan Mountain’s wine industry has increasingly restricted the development of the industry. To this end, the Organization Department of Autonomous Regional Party Commission, regional Human Agency, Department of Finance and the Forestry Bureau jointly launched the Talent Construction for Wine Industry in Ningxia.

According to an official of the Ningxia Helan Mountain Grape and Wine International Federation, this training aimed to learn more about mature technology, experiences and ideas from both international and domestic wine production regions, thus promoting the healthy development of the Helan Mountain wine industry. In addition to this training, Ningxia will jointly host training classes on grape growing, winemaking, wine culture and tourism with professional organizations from France and Australia, as to cultivate a group of senior management personnel with international vision and a strong practical ability in grape growing and winemaking, winery management and tourism planning.
