The 6th West China Housing-Auto Expo closes in the city of Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region on May 5, with the sales volume of houses and automobiles totaling around 1.48 billion yuan. Over the past seven days, the expo has received 318,000 visitors at the 38,000-square-meter exhibition area.

A total of 30 land agents and 66 auto agencies take part in the event, with 50 new flats and 60 brands on display. A total of 4,031 vehicles were sold at the expo and 6,691 house buyers signed purchasing contracts.

In addition, a series of sideline cultural activities took place at the same time. Some 300 painting, calligraphy and photo works from all over China were showcased and a star –studded concert attracted 40,000 fans.
