Ningxia government had signed strategic cooperation agreement with Power Construction Corporation of China in Yinchuan on December 26th. The two sides will build long-term cooperative relationship according to the principle of advantages complementary, mutual benefit and joint development to promote the scientific development and great-leap-forward development of Ningxia.

Zhang Chaochao, the member of the Standing Committee and vice president of the region had attended the signing ceremony with Yan Zhiyong, the chairman of Power Construction Corporation of China. Bai Xueshan and Wang Minhao, who represented the regional government and the corporation respectively, had signed the agreement.

According to the agreement, the two sides will deepen the strategic cooperation. The local government will construct favorable environment for pushing forward the relevant projects of the Power Construction Corporation of China, help solving relevant problems and create favorable conditions for the construction and operation of the projects. Meanwhile, the corporation will reinforce its investment in Ningxia and participate in the regional economic construction so as to realize investment amount of 20 billion yuan in 5 years. It will also support constructing a stable, economic, clean and safe energy security system to push forward the scientific development of the energy industry in Ningxia.
