Helan mountain make travel service more people-oriented

In the past golden week, visitors to Helan mountain for the rock paintings hit a record high to nearly 30 thousand visitors; the gross revenue also broke 1 million barrier, growing by around 200 thousand yuan over the same period of last year.

Besides, more and more visitors chose self-driving or self-organized tour this year. The administration charging the area took a package of measures, bringing more attentive service to travelers. In the reception center, wheelchairs for the senior citizens were added.

The area meanwhile set more temporary car parks for self-driving travelers. More ticketing channels were also set for visitors, and they could buy tickets through Ctrip, lyumama.com, etc.

Moreover, the administration sent information about weather or travel service to visitors in time through network media, microblogs, wechat and so on.

Traveling consultation and complaint hotline for 24 hours were also set in case of any service quality problem or emergency.
