China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement and China-Australia Free Trade Agreement went into effect on December 20.

Export-oriented enterprises targeting South Korea and Australia can apply for the certificate of origin for free starting from that day.

The two agreements focus on tariff exemption and reduction by issuing certificate of origin. Ningxia Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau will accept applications at its various offices; export-oriented enterprises will be able to apply for the certificate online.

For the sound implementation of this policy, all the service fee, nearly 50,000RMB/ year for each enterprise, will be cleared so that a “zero cost” service will be available.
