A batch of equipments imported by Ningxia Ruyi Science and Vogue Ltd in Yinchuan Comprehensive Free Trade Zone arrived in Yinchuan by train and were sent to the plant via Qingdao Bonded Port from Rotterdam of the Netherlands before the dawn of May 3. This is the first cargo since the launching of integrated clearance model in the Silk Road Economic Belt on May 1.

This shipment is comprised of 18 spinning frames in 33 containers and worth 4.5 million Euros. The application of the integrated regional clearance on this cargo has saved over 3 days for the customs clearance process and reduced 120 thousand yuan of logistics cost, which helps to lower the enterprise cost effectively and is the most evident benefit the clearance revolution brings to the enterprises.

Yinchuan Customs director and other nine customs counterparts signed the Customs Cooperation Agreement in Silk Road Economic Belt in Qingdao on April 27, marking the trial operation of the integrated clearance along the Silk Road Economic Belt.
