The city of Yinchuan in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has set a target to attract investments totaling 55 billion yuan in 2016, according to Yinchuan Municipal Bureau of Economic and Technological Cooperation and Foreign Affairs on February 29.

Last year, in the face of downward economic pressure, the city of Yinchuan attracted a total of 277 projects with the capital inflow reaching 50.642 billion yuan after surmounting many difficulties. The city plans to attract 5 enterprises among the Top 500 list to build workshops and over 15 projects worth over 1 billion yuan each this year.
