An aviation industrial base jointly invested by the Yinchuan Comprehensive Bonded Area and the U.S. Pacific Aerospace Resources and Technologies Company (PART) will be built in the bonded area soon, according to a contract signing ceremony held in Yinchuan, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on May 16.

The project, with a total investment of 455 million yuan in the first phase, aims to incorporate functions of aviation high-end equipments manufacturing, aircraft maintenance, materials trade, engineering certification, personnel training and providing aviation technological services.

The ceremony was attended by Xu Guangguo, the secretary of CPC Yinchuan Municipal Committee and Donald David Green, the board director of PART. Xu expressed that efficient services will be offered to guarantee the smooth construction of the project. Donald said that they chose Yinchuan as the channel to enter into China’s aviation market after times of inspection as Yinchuan has great potential and advantages in developing the industry.
