The first China-Arab States International Animation Cultural Festival kicked off in Yinchuan City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, on August 13.

A series of events such as China-Arab States Animation and Film Summit Forum, Micro-film Industry Summit Forum, Animation Work Promotion Summit Forum, will be held during the event.

It is reported that the festival has been incorporated as part of the China-Arabs States Expo by the expo’s organizing committee. The festival aims to promote trade and economic cooperation between China and Arab States through the cultural platform.
