The 9th Hong Kong International Wine and Spirits Fair kicked off on Nov. 10. This year's fair covers a wide range of high quality wine and spirits, beer and other alcoholic beverages. Among 1,000 exhibitors, the booth from Helanshan Mountain of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region attracted wide attention. Visitors spoke highly of the developing model of wine companies in Ningxia, and the Ningxia producing area has been recognized as one of the best wine producing areas around China.
