Editor's note: Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, located in northwestern Sichuan Province, is reputed as the best eco-tourism destination in the world. The prefecture is well-known for many attractions, including Jiuzhaigou Valley, Huanglong and Mt. Siguniang.
