Foreigners experience Chinese Lunar New Year

More than 20 foreigners living in Chengdu, the capital city of Sichuan Province, experienced Chinese Lunar New Year in the famous tourist destination during the week-long Spring Festival holiday. They visited Chuancais Museum (Sichuan Cuisine Museum), Anjing Shu Embroidery Garden, Mt. Qingcheng, Anren Ancient Town and Du Fu Thatched Cottage Museum during their trip. The themed travel plan, staged by Chengdu Culture & Tourism Development Group, is part of a special event entitled "Chinese Style, New Year in Chengdu." This year's Spring Festival falls on Feb. 8.
