Poland to set up visa application center in Chengdu

Poland will set up a visa application center in Chengdu, it was announced Monday by Poland Ambassador in China Mirosław Gajewski at a ceremony to inaugurate a Beijing visa center.

In addition to Beijing and Chengdu, Poland will also establish visa application centers in Shanghai and Guangzhou. The centers will deal with applications of Chinese citizens and third-country citizens who are legally staying in China for schengen visa and polish visa.

In the first six months of this year, 35020 Chinese travelled to Poland, a rise of 33.43 percent year on year.

Poland is planning to open visa centers in more cities as applications increase.
