Jinsha Site Museum is going beyond its traditional role of being a cultural treasure guardian or exhibitor to become a place which can change people’s cultural life and spread culture in an innovative way.

It creatively combines historic essence with fashion by launching activities tailored to modern people based on enduring tradition.

The Sun Festival, by reviving a 3000-year-old worshipping ritual, has been transformed into an interactive one to pray for blessing in the new year. Gardens have been built so that the ancient tradition of flower appreciation can be continued. Each holiday, it will accordingly launch theme activities

The practices of the museum offer a new perspective into the role of site museums and the significance of archeological sites unearthed in urban areas.
