Local enterprises collaborate in building wellness resort

Sichuan Tourism Investment Co and Sichuan Golden-Cup Group signed strategic cooperation agreement on Jan. 18 to develop projects combining wellness and leisure tourism.

The Sichuan Tourism Investment Co, established in April, 2017, operates in scenic areas, air travel, commerce, hospitality, tourism education, and tourism financing. It has been blending mixed ownerships in different sectors and integrating tourism resources to innovate business modes and develop macrocosm tourism.

 

Its president Ren Ding said that in cooperation with Sichuan Golden-Cup Group, the company plans to build a health and wellness industry platform and provide quality tourism products and services to better serve the general public. It aims to transform Sichuan's rich tourism resources into competitive power by keeping up efforts in industrial upgrading, resources integration and leveraging state capital in tourism investment.

 

Sichuan Golden-Cup Group is headquartered in Leshan city.Located in the southwest of Sichuan Basin, south to Chengdu, capital of Sichuan, Leshan boasts rich tourism resources, including the beautiful E'mei Mountain and the magnificent Giant Stone Buddha at Leshan Mountain.

 

Established in 1998, the company focuses on leisure and cultural tourism, wellness industry, and organic agriculture. It has developed a project combining wellness resort and and tourism real state at the scenic mountainside of E'mei Mountain, known as E'mei Mountainside Qiliping.

 

The two locally based companies now plan to pull their resources to deepen cooperation in wellness resort projects, cultural tourism, education, agriculture and financing after signing the strategic cooperation agreement on Jan. 18.
