Some 646,600 people entered the Expo site as of 9pm on October 20, six days in a run with the number of visitors over 600,000. Total attendance to the Expo has reached 67,277,000.

As of 6pm, 107,000 visitors had passed through Shangnan Road entrance, 102,000 through Houtan entrance, 93,000 through Changqing Road entrance and 75,000 through Gaoke Road entrance.

As many as 137 shows were performed at Expo venues on October 20, attracting about 400,300 spectators.

Five on-site health clinics treated 253 visitors by 4pm on October 20.

The Expo organizers have advised people to avoid coming on Saturday and Sunday as huge crowds are expected at this weekend.

Since the last week of World Expo, October 25 to 31, requires peak day tickets, this weekend will be the last chance for visitors to use their standard day tickets. Admission for the last week will cost 200 yuan (US$29.33), 40 yuan more than a standard day ticket.

A 160-yuan (US$24) standard day ticket can be changed for two night tickets (90 yuan each) at the gates from 4pm to 8:50pm until October 29.
