The government has also announced a new scheme to provide tens of thousands of internship positions for young people, to provide them with practical skills.

The first two thousand of nearly five thousand companies providing positions for at least ten interns each year have been announced. They are offering about 60-thousand internships in finance, publishing, telecommunications, manufacturing and transport, with basic living allowances. Over six million college students will enter the job market this year. They will join around one million graduates who failed to secure jobs last year.
