The first website (www.tibet328.cn) focusing on the development of human rights in Tibet was launched on Monday.
The site is in 4 languages--Chinese, English, German and French. It introduces the history and culture of Tibet, and traces the democratic reform since the emancipation of serfs 50 years ago, and the development of their human rights. It includes the cruelty serfs suffered under the rule of the Dalai Lama. The site is set up by the China Society For Human Rights Studies.
