One of the iconic symbols of the 2008 Beijing Olympics will play host to a major international motor racing carnival, the Race of Champions in November.

The Bird's Nest will host the first major international sporting event after the Beijing Olympics. Big Names including Michael Schumacher and David Coulthard will also be there.

The event has traditionally moved from venue to venue around the world, most recently being held at the Stade de France in Paris and Wembley Stadium in London.

The Race Of Champions is made up of two separate competitions - The ROC Nations Cup and The Race of Champions itself.
