Tropical storm Linfa has made landfall in Fujian Province on China's east coast. The third tropical storm this year contains winds of up to 23 meters per second.
The storm had brought heavy rains to coastal areas throughout Sunday night. And meteorological authorities predicts the rains would continue into Monday as the storm moves north.
