China's largest home-made commercial jet makes its international debut Tuesday.

The 150-seat C919 plane is being unveiled at the Asian Aerospace 2009 in Hong Kong. It's the first time that China has introduced a plane to the global aviation industry. The jet is expected to be ready for service in 2016.

The manufacturer announced at Asia's biggest air show, that it is looking for international partners for future product development and cooperation.
