Chinese vice Premier Zhang Dejiang arrived in Albania on Thursday for a three-day visit at the invitation of his Albanian counterpart, Ilir Meta.

During his stay in Albania, Zhang will hold talks with Albanian President Bamir Topi, parliament Speaker Jozefina Topalli, Prime Minister Sali Berisha and deputy Prime Minister Meta.

Zhang will make a speech at an economic forum attended by Chinese and Albanian entrepreneurs, and he will attend a reception party to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Albania, which falls on Nov. 23.

Zhang came to Albania from Ukraine, the first leg of his three-European-country tour. He will travel to Estonia after Albania.
