Kyrgyzstan's interim government on Tuesday rejected again talks with ousted President Kurmanbek Bakiyev after he invited the interim government to the southern Jalalabad region for talks.

Bakiyev earlier was also quoted by a Russian news agency as saying that he would resign if his and his family's safety was guaranteed.
