Following the release from rehab, Lindsay Lohan was ordered to psychotherapy treatment, drug and alcohol counseling and random drug and alcohol testing several times a week, according to media reports.

Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Elden Fox said the Hollywood actress will remain on supervised probation until November on Wednesday's hearing.

If the 24-year-old star succeeds, Fox said he will allow Lohan to return to unsupervised probation and to leave Los Angeles permanently if she wishes.

If she fails to show up or doesn't pass any of the drug screenings, the judge threatened her with a 30-day jail sentence for each violation, according to AP reports.

Lohan's lawyer told reporters that the actress had accepted responsibility for her actions and was ready for a fresh start.

"She has changed," said attorney Shawn Chapman Holley. "She's healthy, she's clearheaded, she's positive."
