Barry Levinson to chair Shanghai Film Festival jury

The Oscar winner for Best Director Barry Levinson will take up the position as the president of the Golden Goblet Prize's judge panel for the 14th Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), Sohu.com reports.
Barry Levinson, 69, is one of the most respected directors in Hollywood. His masterpiece "Rain Man", starring Dustin Hoffman and Tom Cruise, won him both Oscar and Golden Bear awards.
Levinson will attend the red carpet of SIFF with six other judges on June 11. His works will be showcased in the film exhibition section, "Pay a Tribute to Film Masters".
The 14th SIFF will run through to June 19 in Shanghai.
