Online dating platform Jiayuan.com completed its merger with LoveWorld Inc. and FutureWorld Inc. After the merger, Jiayuan.com became a privately-owned company. Shareholders of Jiayuan.com received US$7.56 in cash per American depositary share. Jiayuan.com went public on NASDAQ in 2011.
