7. Taomee Holdings

Taomee Holdings, one of China's leading children's entertainment and media companies, announced completion of its merger with Orient TM Parent Limited and its privatization process. Taomee's shareholders were offered US$3.767 in cash per American depositary share. Taomee was listed on NASDAQ in 2011.
