Reuters:

I'm curious if there's been an investigation opening to Ling Wancheng. And there's a report that Mr. Ling is in the United States. Have the US officials been cooperative in working with China on this? Also last year I know that the Party officially ban its members from playing golf. I'm curious if you could comment on this that why golf is seen as such a bad thing. Thank you.

Wu Yuliang:

We are dealing with Ling's case and communicating with the United States.

Luo Dongchuan:

The CPC Central Committee's eight-point decision on improving Party and government conduct listed playing golf against regulations as a violation of Party discipline. In the following years after the 18th CPC National Congress, we have exposed and punished several senior officials who violated the regulation. As for what Mr. Wu pointed out just now, the violation of the eight-point decision is still the focus of our investigation after this meeting. We will continue to take early and specific measures even for petty violations and punish misconducts in a strict manner.
