从2014年7月3日开始，中央档案馆开始在网上连续公布日本侵华战犯的罪行自供，每天一名战犯，共45人。这些罪行直供均为战犯笔供原貌，不做任何材料整编和删节处理。25日公布的战犯是横山光彦，以下为中英对照供词：

| 据横山光彦1954年7月笔供，他1901年生于日本东京都，1938年4月到中国东北参加侵华战争，任伪满洲国奉天高等法院审判官，1940年7月之后任齐齐哈尔、锦州、哈尔滨高等法院次长兼特别治安庭庭长等职。1946年3月被俘。 | According to the written confession of Teruhiko Yokoyama in July 1954, he was born in Tokyo Prefecture, Japan in 1901 and went to northeast China in April 1938 to join the Japanese War of Aggression against China, serving as a judge at the Mukden High Court of the "Manchukuo".
