In order to maintain the stability of society and improve the ability of police to handle the emergency situation, police of Chongqing Municipality carried out an anti-terrorism exercise called “First Action of City Railway” on September 28, 2005. The subjects of this exercise include emergency evacuation of passengers, searching and removing bombs, providing succor and so on.
