Polluted water can be seen at the Harbin suburb section of Songhua River November 25. The State Environmental Protection Administration announced on November 25 that the nitrobenzene strength would reach the heaviest as 0.5805mg per liter at the Su Jiatun section of Songhua River, 16 kilometers away up the river from Harbin's drinking water source. Now the river carrying pollutants is flowing past Harbin, capital city of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province.
