Boat sinking kills 4 in NW China

At least four people are dead after a boat sank in the Hulan River in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, early on Tuesday.

 

More than 10 people were aboard the boat when the accident occurred.

 

Rescuers are on their way to the site and the exact number of passengers on the boat and the cause of the accident are under investigation.
