Middle section of Yangtze River running low

Banks appear as the water level decreases to a record low near Yichang, Central China’s Hubei Province November 28, 2007. Parts of the river that runs through Yichang have dried up with banks appearing in the middle of the river channel after the river entered the dry season this year.
